Kyle Govind

Kyle has been closely connected with the Virtual Autopsy business from an early stage, developing a strong understanding of the organisation’s work and growth. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Property Development & Planning from Nottingham Trent University (UK) and a certificate in Civil Engineering from the Business & Technology Education Council, providing a solid academic foundation in the built environment and development sector. In his role, he is gaining practical experience across economics and valuation, planning and land use, development appraisal, and residual and viability analysis, while also supporting contractor liaison and site inspections, contributing to both the commercial and operational aspects of projects and strengthening his understanding of how development strategy and technical delivery align within the organisation’s objectives.
