Jeff is a licensed Funeral Director and Class 1 Embalmer in Ontario, bringing nearly 30 years of experience in after-death care, forensic response, and the modernisation of post-mortem practices. He is also an experienced educator in funeral services, having contributed to the advancement of Ontario’s curriculum following 2010 legislative reforms, with a strong emphasis on grief psychology, death investigation protocols, and professional standards in mortuary science.
Jeff has held key leadership roles in international disaster response, including victim identification and forensic reconstruction, supported by deep expertise in embalming science, anatomical restoration, and cross-cultural death care practices. In his current role as Project Director for the Americas at Virtual Autopsy Global, he oversees business development across North, Central, and South America and the Caribbean, supporting the adoption of non-invasive post-mortem imaging technologies and strengthening global disaster resilience through innovation, education, and ethical practice in forensic and bereavement care.
